Habits (routines) are repeated behaviors that require little or no thought. Behaviors are determined by your motivation (desire), ability (ease) and a prompt (cue). We’ll break everything down and start with small steps that will lead to BIG changes. If you don’t adjust or introduce new habits, you may find yourself right back where you started or slowly regressing. Truth is, you’re not alone and this is very common.
