Habits (routines) are repeated behaviors that require little or no thought. Behaviors are determined by your motivation (desire), ability (ease) and a prompt (cue). We’ll break everything down and start with small steps that will lead to BIG changes. If you don’t adjust or introduce new habits, you may find yourself right back where you started or slowly regressing. Truth is, you’re not alone and this is very common. The great news is, we can start over or RESET together.

This program is for someone that:

  • Tried and tested several exercise programs or diets and nothing seems to work

  • Has seen success in the past but unfortunately find yourself a few months down the road right where you started

  • Needs motivation and accountability

  • Needs professional expertise to get started and maintain a program

 

Start Over Program

If you’re looking for a one-on-one customized fitness program that will help you lose weight, build muscle, increase flexibility and/or improve your cardio health, stay with me on this path. This program is built on your goals with realistic expectations and education throughout the sessions. We’ll not only focus on technique but form and postural exercises to maximize results and reduce risk of injury. It will be physically challenging but rewarding!

This program is for someone that:

  • Has motivation but needs to be held accountable

  • Has previous exercise trainings but is now looking for more guidance (expert)

  • Has nutrition under control but now needs to ensure they’re burning enough calories to maintain or lose weight
