Start over or Reset

If you could push a button that would reset your fitness regimen and habits, would you push it? If the answer is YES, let me help you. I offer two programs to help you either start over or reset. All levels are welcome - novice to expert!

Start Over reintroduces an exercise program into your daily routine. This program is customized to your goals and educates you on how to keep the program a staple in your day to day. This program runs 1x - 3x a week, based on your goals.

Reset Program is a customized exercise regimen based on your specific goals. We also introduce and/or minimize habits into your life that can help you continue down the path of success. This is a 3-month program that requires 3x a week fitness sessions and daily habit tracking.
